Built for dealer groups
Every store. Every campaign. One honest number.
Group executives get their own portal: the whole book of marketing measured across rooftops, with the fairness rules printed on the page. We're an approved vendor for Lithia Motors — the largest publicly traded auto group in the country — and this portal is why groups keep us. What follows is the actual portal, on demo data.
Chapter one
Every rooftop, one roster.
Store Insights: campaigns, delivered, responses, appointments, matched sales and returned gross — per store, sorted by who's returning the most. Expand a row for that store's funnel and recent campaigns — then Open store to drop into the rooftop's full report.

Sales and repair orders are matched from each store’s DMS to campaign audiences, de-duplicated to real-world deals, and only counted while their campaign was in market. Stores marked No DMS ran campaigns and generated responses — without a feed their return shows an em-dash, not an invented zero.
Notice the Kia store: no DMS feed, so its return says “Not measurable” — not a zero, and not a guess. That honesty is the whole product.
Chapter two
Open any rooftop — you're already inside.
Click a store on the roster and the portal drops you into it: that rooftop's State-of-the-Store report and the same live campaign dashboard the dealership sees — enclosed in your group's nav, no second login, no exported PDF that's a week stale by the time it lands.

It’s not a summary of the store — it is the store’s screen, the same one the GM works from. The exec sees exactly what the dealership sees, with nothing translated in between.
Chapter three
The dollars, rolled up without flattery.
Invested → attributed gross → return multiple, across the group — counted only at stores where a DMS feed lets us prove it. Unmeasured spend never inflates the denominator, and unmeasured stores never fake a return.

Return counted only at the 11 DMS-measured stores — never estimated. Stores without a feed show em-dashes, not made-up zeros.
Chapter four
The play your best store already proved.
Three rooftops ran the same buyback mailer and it returned. Six more sit on the identical audience and haven't touched it — so the portal counts the gap in dollars: what the group would earn if the winners' play spread. It's the one screen that turns a good quarter into a mandate.

Projected across the five rooftops we can measure — Demo Motors Kia has 6,300 more owners ready, but no DMS feed to prove a return. Roll the play out and the group knows what it earned within 90 days — measured, not promised.
Projections apply this play’s proven 2.4% response and the group’s average matched gross per sale to each rooftop’s eligible audience — a planning number, never a promise. Return is only ever counted where a DMS feed can prove it.
No vendor volunteers this math — it’s the number that makes them replaceable. We put it on the exec’s home screen.
The Monday habit
Built for the Monday-morning meeting.
The portal exists so a group exec never has to ask a store — or a vendor — how marketing is going. The table already knows.
One login for the whole group
Group execs sign into their own portal — every rooftop's marketing on one screen. No per-store logins, no chasing stores for reports that arrive formatted fourteen different ways.
Per-store accountability
Every rooftop ranked by measured return, sortable by any column. The Monday meeting starts from the same table for everyone — and nobody hides behind a vendor's slide deck.
Open any rooftop
Click a store and you're inside it — the same State-of-the-Store report and live campaign dashboard the dealership sees, enclosed in your group's nav. No second login.
AI executive brief
A written brief on demand, grounded only in your group's numbers — plus a printable executive summary for the board deck.
Why this matters
The fairness rules are printed on the page.
Return is only counted where a DMS feed can prove it. Stores without a feed show em-dashes, never invented zeros — which is exactly why group execs trust the numbers that are there. A report that admits what it can't measure is the only kind worth ranking stores by.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see all of my dealership group's stores in one place?
Yes. Xcel gives group leadership an HQ executive portal in UpDash that rolls every store's marketing performance into a single view, so you can compare rooftops side by side without logging into each one separately. You can drill down from the group roll-up into any individual store to see its campaigns, responses, appointments, and matched sales. Access is scoped by role, so store managers see their own numbers while executives see the whole portfolio.
How is ROI measured across the whole group?
Xcel measures ROI store by store and then rolls it up to the group level using DMS matchback, tying each campaign to actual sold units and service ROs at the individual rooftop. Because the results are attributed per store before they're aggregated, the group number reflects real transactions rather than a blended estimate. This lets you see which stores and which channels (direct mail, SMS, email, Facebook) are actually driving return across the portfolio.
Can stores without a DMS feed still be included in the group reporting?
Yes. Stores that provide a DMS feed get full sold-unit and RO matchback, while stores without one are still tracked on everything upstream of the sale, including sends, responses, calls, and appointments. They appear in the same group roll-up so you get one consistent view, and you can add a DMS connection for those rooftops later to unlock matched-sales attribution when you're ready.
Do we sign one contract for the whole group or per store?
Xcel works without long-term contracts, so you're not locked into a multi-year group commitment. You can run all your rooftops under one relationship for consistent reporting and roll-up visibility, or start with a few stores and add more as you see results. UpDash and the HQ portal are included, so there's no separate platform fee to give your executives group-wide reporting.
Bring your toughest store. We'll measure it first.
A group demo walks your real rooftops through the portal — and shows you the plays your best stores should be spreading.
